Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags. Custom-made items may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page or email us at contact@handmadehandstud.world. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will cover shipping for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition may not be accepted for return.
